A pleasantly sunny/sometimes cloudy day in London. Joan on Zoom interviewing a sexual harasser who was challenging his dismissal. So I walked to the church in Piccadilly to hear the Wednesday concert..struggling a bit with my lower back and leg pain. The concert was a duo--violin and piano--Grieg and Brahms. Rather strange pieces I had not heard before.

Back, and leg in terrible shape after I left the church--really difficult to walk to the bus stop, and even more difficult when I got off the bus and went into M &S to get a pack of cokes. And a painful struggle on the home stretch in Drayson Mews

When I got in, I took my trousers off and lay on the floor doing exercises. They helped. Joan made an ice-pad and that helped.

Later, things were much better and I went to Library and returned two books and took out two more.

Now readying for dining out with Joseph Moulding and his lady friend at a restaurant near Oxford Circle.
